We, at YAHSHUA Outsourcing Worldwide Inc. (YAHSHUA) and The ABBA Initiative, OPC (ABBA), YAHSHUA's parent company, collectively referred to as YAHSHUA-ABBA, highly regard the privacy of our clients or customers, suppliers or vendors, business or industry partners, employees, interns, shareholders or investors, and by extension, the community we operate in. We are committed to fully protecting your personal data privacy in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), relevant issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and other related laws, rules, regulations, and issuances. We shall detail the manner in which we process your personal information and provide a separate privacy notice in an appropriate format and manner whenever we collect personal information through other channels (e.g., publicly accessible data processing online systems, mobile apps, logbook and CCTV in our office, or during events where participants' personal information is gathered through attendance sheets, registration forms, or evaluation forms). In all instances, we assure you that processing your personal information will strictly follow the provisions of DPA, especially the general data privacy principles of Transparency, Legitimate Purpose, and Proportionality. By continuing to use YAHSHUA-ABBA products and services and involvement in any YAHSHUA-ABBA activity, such as, but not limited to, systems subscription, sales & marketing events, and promotions, you signify that you have read, understood, and consented to the collection and processing of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Web and Mobile App Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice is for the YAHSHUA-ABBA mobile applications. These functionalities enable YAHSHUA-ABBA to collect and process your personal information.
Personal Information Collected and Manner of Collection
We collect the following personal information from you when you book a call or inquire about YAHSHUA-ABBA's products and services: Name Company Name Email Address Phone Number Moreover, we may collect other personal information that is relevant and necessary for delivering our products or services, as specified in our Terms of Service (ToS) or other client-specific agreements.
Basis, Use, and Purpose for Processing of Personal Information
While your consent may be solicited to process your personal information, we may also process personal information without your consent, such as when processing is allowed under Section 12 or Section 13 of the DPA. In these instances, your personal information is utilized for the following purposes: Provide subscribed products and services, along with customer support. Collect your feedback on our offerings. Improve product and service quality based on your feedback and usage. Innovate and develop new products and services to better suit your needs. Personalize your customer experience and deliver tailored content. Market and promote our products and services to you. Share relevant service information and advisories. Ensure compliance with public order, safety, and security, and legal requirements. Fulfill legal obligations, including responding to court orders. Address data subjects' privacy rights requests promptly.
Methods utilized for automated access
We exclusively utilize tokens for user identification within our mobile application to facilitate authentication. We do not use any other cookies for this or for any other purpose.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Personal information processed by YAHSHUA-ABBA is not shared with any other party unless such disclosure is allowed under Section 12 or 13 of the DPA. We share your personal information with our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and third-party service providers when it is essential to deliver our products and services or meet legal requirements. Moreover, we disclose only the minimum required personal information to third parties with whom we have established non-disclosure or data-sharing agreements.
Risks Involved
Risk refers to the potential of an incident to result in harm or danger to a data subject or organization. Risks may lead to the unauthorized collection, use, disclosure, or access to personal information. It includes risks involving the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal information or the risk that processing will violate the general data privacy principles and the rights of data subjects. YAHSHUA-ABBA ensures that adequate physical, technical, and organizational security measures are in place to protect personal information's confidentiality, integrity, and availability. However, this does not guarantee absolute protection against certain risks involving the processing of personal information, such as when systems are exposed to targeted cyberattacks, malware, ransomware, and computer viruses or when manual records are accessed without authority. However, adequate policies are in place to ensure appropriate security incident management in line with existing data privacy laws, rules, regulations, and issuances.
Data Protection and Security Measures
We safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal information by maintaining a combination of organizational, physical, and technical security measures based on generally accepted data privacy and information security standards. Among the measures we implement are the following: Policies on access control in both digital and physical infrastructures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information. Acceptable use policies. End-to-end encryption and data classification whenever suitable. Security measures against natural disasters, power disturbances, external access, and similar threats. Technical measures to protect our computers and databases against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized usage, interference, or access.
Storage and Retention
We store files containing personal information with cloud-based third-party data storage providers. We shall ensure that proper measures are adopted to protect your information. We maintain personal information in our systems only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, for legitimate business purposes, or as provided by applicable laws.
Disposal
Physical records shall be disposed of through shredding, while digital files shall be anonymized. In all instances, our manner of disposal shall ensure that the personal information shall no longer be retrieved, processed, or accessed by unauthorized persons.
Rights of a Data Subject
Under the DPA, you have the right to be informed regarding processing the personal information we hold about you. Further, you may be entitled to request: Access to personal information we process about you. It is your right to obtain confirmation on whether or not data relating to you are being processed; Rectification of your personal information. This is your right to have your personal information corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete; Erasure or order blocking of your personal information whenever warranted; The right to object if the personal information processing involved is based on consent or on legitimate interest; The right to data portability through which you may obtain and electronically move, copy, or transfer your data securely for further use. You may claim compensation if you believe you suffered damages due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of personal information or for violating your rights and freedoms as a data subject. Should you think that your personal information has been misused, maliciously disclosed, or improperly disposed of or that your data privacy rights have been violated, you have a right to file a complaint with the NPC. We will ensure that your complaint is addressed and that it will remain confidential especially where the subject matter of the complaint is sensitive.

YAHSHUA-ABBA reserves the right to update or revise this privacy notice at any time to align with evolving policies and legal requirements. Whenever such changes occur, we will diligently inform you by posting the new privacy notice on our mobile applications, for your information and reference.
